Precision GIS & Drone Works is committed to providing its clients with the strongest visualizations, management, and analysis of geographic information.  Since 2017, we've deployed only the highest grade geospatial technologies to solve your complex needs.  We are seasoned GIS & drone professionals with extensive experience in real estate operations, complex title assessment, municipal planning standards, and other functions accretive to producing a broad range of spatial solutions.

We are headquartered in New York's Capital Region and have provided support to a wide range of projects throughout the United States.  Its founder, Nate Etu, has been practicing GIS for 18 years, including providing full-time solutions for the RACER Trust--the largest environmental response and remediation trust in U.S. history--and previously to the U.S. Census Bureau.  Nate is a licensed real estate salesperson and an FAA-certified drone pilot.  He holds an M.B.A. from UMass Lowell and an M.S. in urban & regional planning from Eastern Michigan University.
